Why another directory?

This service is a statement. Obviously, Multi Dynamics Nigeria Limited appreciates collaborative work and does not like re-inventing the wheels. The difficulties we encountered while attempting to use other services, and reluctance in implementing recommendations left us with no choice but to implement this service. We have summarised our experience with other services in the service mission statement and we encourage you to not only share your experience with us but also task us with recommendations.

It is expensive searching for contacts online, what other form can i access this directory?

Regrettably we do not have other means to distribute this directory at this time. However, arrangements are in top gear to distribute this directory through soft and hard copy forms - downloadable pdfs, CDs and of course printed formats.

How long does it take to screen an establishment?

Normally all submissions are reviewed under forty eight hours (working days only). Subject to the quality of submission, the support team may verify the authenticity of information and if found to be adequate, would approve the establishment for public view. When such submission is inadequate, the support team may seek for further clarification and this would obviously require additional time to complete. This makes it imperative that new users should review the user guide, prepare necessary data to be submitted in advance before attempting to register.

How is an establishment screened?

The screen process starts with a review of a submission, thereafter followed by verification of the authenticity of the information provided. This often takes different forms and may take a combination of forms. It may include physical visit, contact information verification and consultation of well recognised sources of authenticate information – publications, internet, etc.

Someone contacted me and requested money to register my establishment?

This service is free and you should not pay money to use it. Please review the terms of use and be reassured that we do not charge fee to use this service. We also encourage you to report such requests by contacting us.

Someone contacted me and requested for my bank details, what should I do?

Report the individual to the law enforcement agents and contact us. We do not collect such information and have no provision for such in our database. Please review the terms of use and user guide to get acquainted with the kind of information we collect.

Why is the service statistics focused on visits instead of hits?

At this point, we did not consider hits (particularly when establishment pages are refreshed many times) to be of statistical importance to anyone. Even though such figures could be of interest to contact persons in establishments, we discourage such by aiming at eliminating deceit (multiple refreshing of pages) and presentation of biased statistics.

I need to see more stats, when would that happen?

Soon, we are implementing more stats and would at some point grant free access to life stats. However, that would only happen when the ongoing study must have been concluded and favours such action. Note that our immediate concern includes abuse and costs.
