S/N Interface Purpose
1
Login

Login interface is used to access the member only section of the service. It is a fundamental step to access other resources within member only section. The requirement is provision of valid user name and password only.

Once this is provided, and it is authentic, the service resources the user is entitled to will be displayed for the user.

Username and password are provided when an establishment or a user is set-up under contact person information.

2
Request password

Request password is used to retrieve a password from our database. Use this interface if you can not remember your username or password. We encourage you to change your password periodically.

The requirement is a valid email address that exists in our database. That is where the username and password shall be sent to.

3
Change password

Change password interface is used to change user password. It is periodic task that is recommended for every user. It is important that users choose passwords that are easy to memorize but at the same time difficult for others to guess. As a rule, never use your name, that of your spouse or family as password. Do not also use birthdates as well.

In this service, usernames and passwords are not case sensitive and you can also use alphanumeric characters as well.

4
Set-up User

Set-up User is a tool that is available to privileged service users – services administrators and establishment primary contact users.

Establishment primary contact users should use this tool wisely and should not set-up a user unless you have use for it. The tool is aimed at providing alternate user to the primary user in situation where the primary user is indisposed or unavailable. Note that the alternate user (secondary contact person) has the same privilege (update establishment profile) as the primary user except that the alternate user cannot set-up additional alternate user. Primary users should know alternate user well and should take responsibility for their actions.

5
User Management

User management interface is used primarily to update user information. Essentially, most users would update their own information with the exception of the services administrators that can update other user information that they are privileged to.

6
